Frédéric,has a technical background specializing in cereal industry : the french milling school.He worked for over 20 years in various animal feed plants, as quality manager, production and maintenance manager and industrial director.His expertise lies in the technical aspects of feed manufacturing, but he is also the orchestra conductor for our joint projects.He was the project manager for the creation of AQUALIA, and its fish feed manufacturing plant, the most recent in Western Europe (2017).Since 2018, he is the founder of SOLEAD CONSULTING, a company dedicated the animal feed industry with 2 main activities : PROJECT MANAGEMENT and OPTIMZATION
Nigel,is a qualified Mechanical Engineer educated with an ONC in Mechanical Engineering at Sheffield Polytechnic starting his Career at David Brown Engineering UK on the construction of Marine and MD gearboxes.A slight break in Engineering Nigel worked as a Sales and Marketing Director at Thorn EMI in the Northwest returning to Engineering in 1984 .Employed as a Sales Engineer by Van Aarsen of the Nederlands who are leading Turnkey contractors for design and construction of Animal Feed facilities Worldwide.In 1988 Nigel met his long time to be mentor Ernie Kheen , who together with Ken Matson were the founders of Extra-Tech Inc . Nigel was the European manager and later Director of Extra-Tech European Division.In 1996/7 Extru-Tech was purchased by Wenger Inc and Nigel became an International Sales Manger and later Meditteraen Division Manager in both Pet and Aquatic Technical Sales.After working in Extrusion for over 25 years a new chapter began in the Establishment of N.L.C. - Eco in 2014 , with a philosophy of challenging the norm with a** focus on true innovation** , at all levels of Process Technology based around Extrusion Technology, very much conscious of Energy costs , environment necessity and sustainability in Both the Aquatic and Petfood sectors. Researching industries for alternative technology to be introduced into the production process.Now as an International consultant with over 30 years of experience these priorities still stand and will be the goal for Nigel to keep innovating and working in the never ending learning curve we know as Extrusion.
